This digital electronic balance features a lab-quality load cell coupled with a high-performance microcontroller. To comply with air traffic control regulations, our products are shipped without batteries. You can either plug the device in directly or purchase batteries separately.
Equipped with an RS232 serial port, note that the RS232 data cable is not included.

Capable of weighing minute items such as coins,  this scale supports weights up to a maximum load of 40kg.

Q1: Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
A1: Yes, we proudly offer both OEM and ODM services. Our products can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
Q2: What are your payment terms for orders?
A2: We accept a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due before shipment. We also accept payments via Alipay, Western Union, and Secure Payment.
Q3: What is the warranty on your products?
A3: We provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty along with lifelong after-sale service.
Q4: Is a calibration weight included?
A4: Unfortunately, due to high-shipping costs, to keep this scale affordable, we are not able to include a calibration weight with the unit. Calibration weights can be purchased separately. The calibration weight must be at least 20% of the capacity (for example, 6kg for a 30kg scale).
Q5: Does the balance have a battery option?
A5: Yes, the balance has a battery option for fieldwork or when power is not available. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to include the battery with the unit. The battery (DJW6-4 (6v 4.0 AH)) can be purchased separately.
Q6: Does the balance have a RS232 connection?
A6: Yes, the balance has a RS232 printer/computer connection port. Please note, the connection cable and printer must be purchased separately.
